The questions we get most often on WhatsApp
How does booking work?
You message us on WhatsApp, we confirm availability and send you the quote. For tours and packages (including packages with a transfer), the booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit and the balance is paid on the day of the first service; if you prefer, you can pay everything upfront. A transfer-only booking is paid in full upfront, to secure your seat in the vehicle.
What’s the difference between a shared tour and a private experience?
On a shared tour, the vehicle is shared with other travelers and the schedule is fixed. The private experiences (Sunrise Tour and Stargazing Night) are just for your group, with up to 9 people per vehicle and a time arranged with us.
Do you pick up from my accommodation?
Yes, on almost every tour — we pick you up and drop you off right at your accommodation in Barreirinhas. The exception is Caburé, which has its own meeting point at the port; we’ll arrange everything with you when you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Tours and packages: up to 2 days before, cancelling or rescheduling is free, with a 100% refund via PIX; with less than 2 days’ notice, the fee is 50% of the deposit; if you don’t let us know and don’t show up, you lose the deposit. Transfer: 24 hours or more before the booked time, you get a full refund; with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is no refund. If Amo Lençóis or the operator cancels the service, we refund everything you paid, with no penalty. Ordinary bad weather does not cancel the tour. The full rules are on the Booking terms page.
