What the site collects

This site has no sign-up and no payment. The quote and booking request forms do not store or send anything to us through the site: they only put together a WhatsApp message with what you filled in, such as the tour or package, the dates and the number of people. You browse without giving your name, phone number or ID.

Like any website, the hosting server logs technical access data, such as IP address, date and time and browser, for operation and security.

Service on WhatsApp

The buttons and forms on the site open a WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled message, which you can edit before sending. The site doesn’t send anything on its own: the message only reaches us if you tap send in WhatsApp itself. From then on, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a Meta service, and follows its privacy policy.

During our service we ask only for what’s needed to quote and book, such as dates, number of people, name and accommodation. We use this data to confirm the booking with the tour operators and we do not sell it.

Cookies and tools

We use browser storage for two necessary things: saving your cookie choice and remembering that you’ve already chosen or dismissed the language suggestion.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept. You can accept, reject or choose by category, and change your mind whenever you like in .

When you accept the Advertising category and reach the site through an ad, we keep the source of that visit (for example, the campaign) for the duration of the visit, to know which ads bring in contacts. We also record the click on the WhatsApp button, without name, phone number or conversation content.

Third-party services loaded by the site

  • Google Fonts: the site’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers.
  • Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google open those services, which have their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask to know what data we hold about you, and to correct, delete or stop using that data, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018). Just ask via the WhatsApp number above.
